Runescape section added.

The Runescape section has been added. It is in the beta phases right now. if you want subsections added to it etc. just post a topic about it and I'll get to it. If the Runescape section doesn't have enough interest I will can it to make it easier for us to mod etc.

there are currently not enough active members =/ i could mass email all the members, to come back, but we would still need some active forum members, i reckon i could get a few.
